On Saturday, March 29th, Woodinville proved why its the Eastside's best family neighborhood. It put on a small town parade that warmed the hearts of a chilled crowd.
The basset-hounds that show up for this annual event set the tone for a parade that does not take it self seriously but provides tons of fun for the on-lookers and participants alike.
