Come this June or July, MJR Development looks to see completion of most work and offer tours of 39 river-side condos .  The Redwood Village Apartments will now be the Villas at Redwood Village. 

The location, on the Sammamish River looking across and down the open valley toward St. Michelle and Mt. Rainier is an environmental coup.  All units will have fireplaces.  All will be townhouses.   Thirty-seven of the units will have 1,100 square feet.  Two units (the prized end positions) will offer 1600 square-feet.   All-in-all, the developers hope the Villas at Redwood Village will will make for a unique address. 

How much to purchase?  No official prices, yet. But look for some of the higher priced condos out side of Kirkland waterfront.  That’s right, unique and … upscale.
