Woodinville Wine Village - How Goes It?

After a brisk start, MJR’s Woodinville Wine Village (see the view from above) is still on track but some issues remain. The 39 condo units seen in white along the Sammamish River (The Villas at Redwood Village) will be ready to tour this summer. But as for the main development, the Developers work to finalize financing. On this score, optimism runs high and the focus for money shifts to local sources as opposed to out-of-area of money.
The all important “roundabouts “(City of Woodinville components not really up to MJR) might see all needed land acquired by June with construction and completion by December 2008. Here, again, issues remain. Some of the land needed for the round-abouts might prove sticky and a September start for contruction may not be unreasonable.
The anchor owner (the developers decided on sale as opposed to lease of the property) for Buildings G and H remains to be announced. It’s fun to speculate, but at this point no names have been given out.
